TLC Construction is a family-owned and operated business built on honesty, hard work, and genuine care for our community. Originally from Carson City, Nevada, our family made the move to Iowa in search of a simpler, more meaningful lifestyle. One centered around family, community, and connection.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, we've seen firsthand how the industry has changed. Large companies have taken over, and too often everyday people are left feeling overcharged and undervalued. We knew there was a better way — and that's why we started TLC Construction.
Our mission is simple: bring back trustworthy craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a personal touch that's often missing today. We believe quality work shouldn't come at the cost of honesty or integrity, and we take pride in treating every project like it's our own home.
